DataDotDNA microdots are suspended in a special Ultra Violet fluorescing
adhesive to aide Police to locate them. Above you can see how the
underside of a car sprayed with dots glows under Ultra Violet light.
All of the major components are sprayed with dots so it's impossible to disguise
the identity.
Additionally the adhesive has DatatraceDNA (which can be checked with a laser
decoder) included as a guarantee of authenticity.
Once the
dots are found one can be removed and read using a simple mini microscope and
the identity checked on our on-line database.
